In the early 2000s, social scientists introduced a universal language of 24 character strengths — offering a new way to understand human potential and well-being across cultures.
Each person holds all 24 strengths in different degrees. By recognizing and cultivating them, we can unlock our potential, boost happiness, and build more meaningful connections.
